Booking — How it works

Heidi’s Sensory Travels is not a travel agency. Our service is to design and accompany individually curated sensory holidays, while you keep the freedom to book flights, transfers and accommodation, as well as Heidi*s Service directly — or with the travel agency of your choice. 


1. Free discovery call

We start with a complimentary 45 – 60 min Zoom call to get to know each other, discuss your wishes and check if we’re a good fit.


2. Concept & travel design

After the call I’ll create a tailored concept for the experiences in your chosen timeframe and region. A one-time concept fee of € 350 covers the design and the proposed daily units. (This fee is deducted from the total price if you confirm the booking.)


3. Feedback & finalization

You receive the draft itinerary and can request changes. I will revise the concept until it fits your needs.


4. Confirmation & payment

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the agreed price is due. The remaining 70% is payable no later than 4 weeks before the trip starts. Once the deposit is received, your sensory journey is considered booked and I begin practical arrangements. 


What the price includes / excludes

The price covers the individual concept, my realization and personal guidance of the agreed units, local coordination and community-meetups, insider tips (accommodations I recommend, restaurants, osterias & wine bar tips, local contacts). Multi-language support (DE/EN/IT). 

Travel costs, accommodation, third-party services (e.g., paid entrances) and meals are booked and paid separately by you unless otherwise agreed.
